Strata operates on the principle that a mine is a forty-year commitment to a place. Every asset we hold, we built or rebuilt ourselves — no acquired liabilities we have not walked, no closure plan we did not write with the people who live beside it.
Today that is six operations across four states, a wholly owned port and rail corridor, and a balance sheet that has carried no net debt for eleven consecutive half-years.

What We Produce
62.1% Fe fines and lump, shipped from our own berth at Tandu. Low phosphorus, low alumina, contracted three years forward.
6.0% spodumene concentrate from Yandara, with an offtake to two cathode makers and a hydroxide study at DFS stage.
Concentrate at 24% Cu with a payable gold credit, trucked to Townsville. First quartile on the global cost curve.
Doré poured on site at Belara, refined in Perth. Unhedged, with 41% of the resource still open at depth.

Six registered Traditional Owner agreements, 34% of the workforce hired within 200 km of a site, and a closure plan lodged before first blast on every asset we hold.
Our largest trade intake since 1998 — 38 of them from the Nyaburri determination area, all with a job at the end of it.
412 km of track maintained by crews based in Marlu and Tandu rather than flown in from Perth.
Residential rosters at Belara now cover 61% of the workforce, against a national underground average of 22%.
